White spindled cabbage "Cuor di Bue Grosso".
An early variety of conical cabbage (70-75 days). Recommended for fresh consumption and for short-term storage (heads can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 8 weeks). To obtain an early harvest, sowing is carried out in nurseries, starting from March-April. When the seedlings reach 6-8 cm in height, they are planted in a nutritious (humus-rich) soil (of course, after hardening).
