Early-maturing, fast-growing variety. Plants grow to be 40-60 cm tall. The variety is known for its smooth, deeply lobed leaves.
Young leaves are suitable for preparing salads, food, matured leaves can de grilled, stewed, used in soups.

Red cabbage: 1 bunch.
Green leafy cabbage: 1 bunch.
Sweet pepper: 2 pcs. different colours.
Red onion: 1 pc.
Olive oil and lemon juice for dressing: to taste.
Salt: to taste.

Wash the kale thoroughly and remove any tough ribs. Cut into large pieces or tear by hand. Wash the peppers and onions, peel and cut into small cubes.
Toss kale with lemon juice and a tablespoon of olive oil in a large bowl. Add salt.
Next, knead the cabbage for a couple of minutes until it becomes soft. Add peppers and onions to the cabbage.
Mix everything thoroughly. Add olive oil and mix again.
A simple kale salad is ready.
