Early and stable to temperature fluctuations in our northern region. Fruits weighing about 1.0 kg with fragrant and sweet pulp.
* Melon water.
Pour melon, cut into pieces, with hot syrup made from sugar, lemon juice and 500 ml of water. Add sparkling water after 20 minutes.
Strain the drink through a linen, add liqueur for aroma and cool. Serve in cold cups with 4 pieces of melon and 1 piece of ice in each.
1 melon (1/2 kg), 250 g sugar, 1 lemon, 500 ml soda water, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of orange liqueur.
* Melon and watermelon salad.
Cut the melon and watermelon pulp into cubes, plums into slices, and cut the salad. Add grapes, sour cream sauce and mix everything. Decorate with lettuce and fruit.
100 g each watermelon, melon, plums, grapes, 40 g green salad, 1/2 cup sour cream sauce.
