Myrtus communis
Myrtus
A peaceful family. Homeland is South Europe, North Africa. It's an evergreen tree or a bush that grows about 3 metres high under natural conditions. In fact, the world isn't exactly for the house, it's more of a garden or a plant for the winter garden, but many amateur florists still grow it in their apartments. The difficulty of growing the world in domestic conditions is that the plant needs a cold winter.
It is well tolerated by lowering the temperature of the air in winter to +7 °C, but reacts very badly to dry air.
In the summer, it is desirable to keep the world in the open air, either on the balcony or in the garden. With good world conditions, four to five years begins to bloom and fertile.
The fruits are dark blue berries of a long-lasting shape.
