Early maturing (75-95 days) variety of the Radicchio cultivar type. The rosette of leaves is powerful. The head of cabbage is round, dense, compact, with an intense red-burgundy color with white veins, weighing 400-450 g. Taste with low bitterness.
It is used in food fresh and stewed, for the preparation of savory salads, additives to cold snacks and various dishes.
