Aconitum volubile L.
Blue climbing monkshood - Aconitum volubile.
Widespread in the Far East and Siberia. 
The stems are 3-4 m long, the leaves are palmately divided, the flowers are collected in a panicle up to 20 cm long. 
It blooms very profusely and for a long time. Grows well in shade and partial shade. In the sun they bloom less, grow weaker. 
Soils need well fertilized, drained. Responsive to watering and top dressing. Winters without shelter. 
The bushes are divided only in autumn. Grow very quickly, bloom in the 2nd year. Seeds are sown before winter or stratified, or stored in wet sand in frost under snow. Then they are sown in the ground. They do not grow through seedlings; in room conditions, seedlings die. 
Beware, the plant is poisonous.

Potting of aconitum.
These plants should be grown in moist, but well-drained, fertile soil in sun or partial shade. These plants should be divided every 2nd or 3rd year to maintain vigorous growth.
Propagation of aconitum.
They may be increased by seeds or division in the autumn.
