Cauliflower yellow "SUNSET" F1.
Medium-early variety, grown for summer and autumn harvest. Vegetation period is 70-75 days from planting the seedling. Inflorescence of medium size, dense, yellowish orange - this colour is retained also after heat treatment.
You can have good cauliflower crop yield, if you select fertile, loose and moist soil, constantly loosen the soil surface, cover the seedlings so that they develop more additional roots.

Cod with cauliflower (Cretan recipe).
Ingredients:
1 kg salted cod, 1 kg cauliflower, 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 2 onions, 1 glass red wine, salt, pepper.
Preparation.
Cut the fish and remove excess salt.
Fry the onion, then add 1/2 cup water, salt, pepper and the cauliflower, cut into large pieces.
Cook for another 10-12 minutes.
Carefully add the fish pieces and cook for another 15 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally (do not use a slotted spoon to avoid damaging the pieces).
