Eggplant ''Mulatto''.
Early ripening, which is successfully combined with the compact shape of the plant, has made this variety a favorite of beginning gardeners and forgives them many mistakes in care, while giving them a rich harvest.
The fruits are cylindrical, long, up to 25 cm, average weight 450-500 g, no curvature, dark purple color. There are no spines on the stalk.
The pulp is white, dense, without bitterness. The variety is resistant to low temperatures, lack of moisture, and is responsive to fertilization and watering.
Recommended for film shelters and greenhouses. Sowing of seedlings is carried out at the end of February. Picking in the cotyledon phase. Planting seedlings at the end of May.
Shaping: removing all side shoots and leaves up to the first fork. By the end of July, 5-6 of the largest ovaries are left on the plant, other flowers and ovaries are removed.
The fruits are oval in shape, 12-20 cm long, dark purple in color, with a glossy surface, weighing 250-300 g. The pulp is medium density, white with a green tint, without bitterness.
It has a very delicate taste and is very easy to prepare.
