An early, high yielding and reliable variety. Roots are smooth skinned and white fleshed (they do not contain Anthocyan] that remains white when cooked. Plants have an extensive root system and healthy foliage, and are not susceptible to Septoria.
Roots of "NEON" do not form cavities, and have a very good storage ability. Suitable for drying and for the fresh market. Approximately 137 days from transplanting to maturity.
