Agrotechnics.
Sowing: in open ground (under film) at the end of April, followed by thinning of seedlings. Asters are sown for seedlings in late March - early April. The crops are kept at a temperature of +15+18°C (with the appearance of the first pair of true leaves, the seedlings are pricked out according to the 6x6 cm pattern).
The seedlings are planted in open ground at the end of May. The distance between plants is 30-35 cm for tall varieties (20 cm for low-growing varieties).
Care: asters prefer a sunny place protected from the wind, with well-drained and fertilized soil (without freshly applied manure!).
The main care consists of regular watering, careful loosening and fertilizing.
Flowering: July-September.
