High-yielding late-ripening variety. The period from germination to harvest is 125-130 days. Root vegetables are cylindrical. Length 20-24 cm, weight 150-200 g. The surface and core are red-orange. Ingredients:
• 2 kg carrots;
• 0.5 kg onions;
• 0.3 kg tomato paste or 1 kg red tomatoes;
• 0.5 cups sunflower oil.

Method of preparation:
1. Chop the carrots and lightly fry.
2. Pour the diluted tomato paste or tomatoes, previously peeled and boiled in their own juice, over the carrots.
3. Add salt, sugar, vinegar or citric acid to taste.
4. Separately fry the thinly sliced ​​onions and add to the carrots.
5. Pour in the sunflower oil and simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Arrange in jars.
Store in the refrigerator.
