Late carrot "Koloseum" F1 - Daucus carota L. 
New late hybrid of Berlicum type. A high yielding carrot with big and smooth roots. Perfect colour inside and outside. Because of very firm leaf this variety is very easy for mechanic harvest. The important characteristics are the high level of dry matter  and  long  term storability.
Thanks these characteristics "KOLOSEUM" F1 is very suitable for industry - especially caning and deep freezing.

The best predecessors for carrots: tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, onions and legumes.
Care: after germination, care consists of weeding, deep loosening, watering and fertilizing. Carrots are thinned 2 weeks after germination. The second thinning with a root diameter of 1 cm, between plants leave 5-6 cm.
