Courgette "Zloty Cepelin".
Early, fertile variety. Fruit cylindrical, smooth. The more often the fruits are harvested, the more harvest there is.
Plants are demanding heat and humidity. Sown after danger of frost, when the soil in the depth of 10 cm heats up to +10+12ºC.
Cultivated outdoors in an area protected from the wind, in non-soggy soil. For an early harvest, plant seedlings. Use fresh, can be fried, steamed, canned.

* Stuffed zucchini.
Peel the zucchini, remove the core and slice. Mix grated cheese with crushed breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Fill the zucchini with this mince, roll them in flour and fry on both sides. Pour sour cream over them and bake.
100 g breadcrumbs, 200 g cheese or feta cheese, 400 g zucchini, 10 g flour, 80 g butter, 200 g sour cream, ground pepper, salt to taste.
* Zucchini with tomatoes.
Peel the zucchini, cut into slices, roll in flour, fry in oil. Place the zucchini, tomatoes and thinly sliced feta cheese in rows in a thick-walled dish, generously greased with oil. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top, add pieces of butter, sour cream and bake in a hot oven until done.
