Korean-style crispy cucumbers are a great appetizer!

1 kg cucumbers
250 g carrots
1.5 tsp. salt
1.5 tsp sugar
80 ml vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l. sesame
2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
2 tbsp. l. vinegar 9%
1/3 tsp. red hot pepper
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
3-5 cloves of garlic
black pepper - to taste
green cilantro (or dried).

Cut the carrots into thin strips. Add a teaspoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Cut the cucumbers into cubes, as in the photo. Add salt and leave for half an hour. Drain the released liquid from the cucumbers. And add half a teaspoon of sugar.

Crush the garlic and add to the cucumbers. Mix prepared cucumbers and carrots.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. But make sure it doesn't boil.
Add sesame seeds, coriander, and red hot pepper to the oil. Mix everything thoroughly and pour it into our salad. Add soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper to taste, and chopped cilantro. Mix everything and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Korean crispy cucumbers calad is ready!
