* Marinated cucumbers with horseradish.
Wash small cucumbers (cut off the tips of large ones).
At the bottom of the jar, put a bay leaf, a piece of hot red pepper, a few currant leaves and lay cucumbers.
Pour everything with marinade. Sterilize the jars at +80°C for 8-13 minutes from the moment the water boils in a water bath.
Marinade: for 10 kg of cucumbers: 10 litres of water, 150 ml of 6% vinegar, 200 g of salt, 200 g of sugar, 20 g of dill inflorescences, 60 g of dry mustard, a piece of horseradish, several basil inflorescences.
