Did you know... what to do if some of the tomatoes have not had time to ripen on the plant?
In this case, the fruits must be given additional time to ripen. Undamaged fruits picked from the plant must be placed in 1-3 layers in boxes or other wooden containers.
To speed up ripening, add a few red ones along with green fruits. The optimal temperature for such ripening is 23-25 degrees.
If the temperature is below 20 degrees, then ripening slows down, and at temperatures above 30 degrees, the color of the fruit becomes uneven and spotty.
Fruits of all varieties and hybrids are ripened in this way.
