Early ripe (from germination to harvest 80-90 days) popular variety with levelled marketable roots. The rosette of leaves is semi-spreading.
Root crops are orange, cylindrical, with a blunt tip (variety type Nantes), 18-20 cm long and weighing 100-170 g. The surface is smooth with small eyes.
The pulp is tasty and juicy, with a high content of carotene. It is grown by direct sowing in open ground in late April-early May to a depth of 1 cm, and the distance between rows is 15 cm.
The grown seedlings are thinned out, leaving 5-7 cm between plants.
Recommended for early beam production, not intended for long-term storage. Productivity is 6.0-6.5 kg/m2.
Sowing: in late April - early May in well-moistened, loose, fertile soil with a deep arable layer to a depth of 1.5-2.0 cm according to the scheme 5x20 cm.
Care: double thinning, row-spacing loosening, infrequent watering, fertilizing with mineral complex fertilizers, treatment with insecticides from carrot flies.
Do not apply fresh organic fertilizers!
