The most delicate pulp without bitterness.
Mid-early (105-115 days), productive variety for growing in open ground (southern regions) and under temporary film shelters in a cool climate.
The plant is medium-sized, up to 1 m high, well foliated. The fruits are elongated-pear-shaped, almost cylindrical, white, and when ripe - yellow, weighing 200-220 g. The pulp is white, dense, tender, without the "spiciness" typical of purple relatives.
Recommended as a gourmet snack and side dish for meat. Excellent for canning.
Agrotechnics.
Sowing for seedlings is carried out at the end of February. Picking in the cotyledon phase. Planting seedlings - end of May.
Formation: removing all lateral shoots and leaves to the first fork. The 5-6 largest ovaries are left on the plant, other flowers and ovaries are removed.
Planting pattern: 40x60 cm.
