Garden Pansy "With an eye" (mix of colors).
This amazingly beautiful viola with large flowers will delight you in the new season and will remain in your memory for a long time!
Series - "Swiss Giants".
Biennial. Height 10-20 cm. Flower diameter 5-8 cm.
It's heat- and cold-resistant, blooms very early and abundantly, and will put on a dazzling show all season long in flowerbeds, borders, balcony boxes, and pots. It tolerates transplanting well while in bloom. Recommended for early spring seedling production.
Agricultural technology.
To ensure flowering in the year of sowing, sow seeds for seedlings in early March; shoots emerge within a week. When the seedlings have two true leaves, they are pricked out. Plant the seedlings in open ground before the last frost. When sown in open ground in June or July, they bloom the following year. Plants require regular watering, weeding, loosening, and fertilizing.
Sowing: For abundant spring flowering, sow in June-July in seedling beds. Transplant to a permanent location in August-September. For summer flowering, sow seedlings at several stages, starting in February. Place seeds on the surface of a moistened and compacted substrate, lightly covering them with soil. Spray the seedlings with a spray bottle and cover with glass. Prick out the seedlings when they have one or two true leaves. Plant them outdoors in May-June, spacing them 10-15 cm apart.
Care: Grows best in loose, fertile, well-drained soil. Watering is very important, as plants do not bloom in dry soil. To prolong flowering, remove faded flowers. They respond negatively to fresh organic fertilizers. We recommend using a complex mineral fertilizer to promote growth and prolonged flowering.
Flowering: when grown from seedlings - from July until frost, when sowing seeds in open ground - the following year from early spring to late autumn.
1,0 g = 650-750 seeds.
