Abundantly flowering perennial plant, 40-60 cm high. Stems are straight, branched in the upper part. Leaves are green, lanceolate.
Inflorescences are solitary, very showy, golden-yellow, on long peduncles, 5-6 cm in diameter.
Grows well in open, sunny places, prefers loose, moderately moist fertile soil. In hot weather, it especially needs watering.

A beautiful, large-flowered species for meadow plantings. It is used in group and single plantings, as well as for cutting.
