Pea "Tristar".
Mid-early variety: period from full germination to technical maturity is 49-57 days. The plant is medium-sized, 70-90 cm high (requires support/trellis).
It is characterized by high productivity: it forms 2-3 pods at once in each node.
The pod is slightly curved, with a pointed tip, dark green in the phase of technical maturity. There are 8-9 seeds in a pod.
The peas are dark green, uniform in colour and size. Excellent taste qualities (sweet as sugar!).
To obtain fresh peas throughout the summer, seeds are sown in 2-3 terms with an interval of 10-15 days.
It is recommended for fresh consumption in salads and cold snacks, as a side dish, added to soups, canned, and frozen.
Juicy green peas are a favourite treat for children and adults alike.
