The product consists of two types of bacteria that regulate soil pH: heterotrophic bacteria - slowly oxidize sulfur, release sulfates, which makes the soil acidic, and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens - release ammonium ions and alkalize the soil.
This combination of two types of bacteria allows you to regulate and maintain the soil pH balance at a target level of 5.5-6.5 and provides ideal soil acidity under the turf - stimulates and strengthens plants.
All plants react to soil pH. Therefore, it is important to maintain the correct soil pH. Then it is much easier for the plant to absorb the necessary nutrients.
Acidic soil accumulates aluminum and manganese, which inhibit plant growth. In such soil, it is difficult for plants to absorb calcium and magnesium, the activity of soil bacteria weakens, fungi predominate, and earthworms do not live. However, in excessively alkaline soil, plants have difficulty absorbing copper, zinc, iron and nitrogen.
You can determine the acidity of the soil using special litmus strips. However, Microdoctor pH balance 5.5-6.5 without a preset soil pH balances the acidity of the soil at a pH of 5.5-6.5, which is ideal for lawns and coniferous trees.
Recommended for use on lawns and simply in open ground.
How to use the product to stabilize pH?
Dilute 100 g in 25-30 l of water and spray with large drops on 1000 m² of soil/lawn area - once a month during the vegetation period of plants.
Use the solution within 5-6 hours after preparation.
Start using the product in the spring, when the soil temperature reaches +12°C, since at this temperature the microorganisms become quite active.
This preparation is not recommended for use:
* in greenhouses
* for the care of plants that prefer alkaline soil (for example: lavender, lilac)
* after prolonged drought.
