Green sweet basil ''Italiano classico''.
Medium early grade. The plant is 35-40 cm high.
The leaves are green, with a pleasant delicate aroma and taste, contain many vitamins and minerals.
Used as salad greens, seasoning for soups, meat and fish, especially well suited for making sauces for pasta dishes.
Basil has tonic properties, improves digestion.
Grown by seedlings or direct sowing in open ground. Seedlings are sown in late March - early April.

An infusion of basil leaves is used for rinsing with stomatitis, tonsillitis, for lotions for difficult healing wounds, and internally as an anti-febrile, carminative agent, is a lactogenic agent for lactating women, and is also used for neuroses, headaches, epilepsy, bronchial asthma, intestinal and hepatic colic, flatulence, lack of appetite and low blood pressure. In folk medicine, it is recommended for gastritis, colitis, rheumatism, cough, whooping cough, and hot basil infusion is prescribed for inflammation of the kidneys, bladder, colds, runny nose. Fresh and dry leaves are used as a seasoning for various meat, fish, vegetable dishes

Refined sunflower oil (or olive) – 500 ml
Fresh basil leaves – 30 pcs.
Preparation:
