Mid-early variety.
This variety has pods 2.5-5 cm long and flat. One pod contains 3 seeds.
Soybeans have a high protein content (up to 14%), similar in amino acid composition to the protein of meat, eggs, milk, as well as a rich set of vitamins. They are eaten at the stage of milky-waxy ripeness of the seeds (when they are bright green) before the blade begins to yellow. Does not lose its taste and nutritional qualities when frozen. Whole pods boiled and seasoned with salt are a traditional Japanese style dish.
Agrotechnics.
Sowing in a permanent place, seeding depth 3 cm. Seeds germinate when the soil warms up to +12+15°C. The culture is thermophilic. Placed on well-warmed, permeable, sandy, calcareous soils. The optimal temperature for plant growth and development is +20+25ºС.
Care consists of timely watering, fertilizing, weeding and loosening.
