Melon "Sladkoe Chudo"
Melon "Sweet Miracle".
Unrivaled, mid-season (74-96 days from germination to first harvest), high-yielding variety. The plant is climbing, the main whip is of medium length. The fruits are oval-round, yellow, with a mesh surface, weighing 2-3 kg (in the southern regions, with proper care, up to 4 kg). The pulp is amazingly tender, light cream, with a wonderful aroma and honey taste. An excellent dessert both fresh and in the form of candied fruits and marinades.
The variety is resistant to powdery mildew. The fruits are well stored and transported.
Sowing for seedlings - at the end of April.
Planting seedlings in late May - early June at the age of 30-35 days.
Planting pattern 40-50 x 80-100 cm (in southern regions, grown in open ground by direct sowing in April-May). Plants are tied to a trellis, all lateral shoots are removed up to a height of 50 cm, subsequent ones are pinched above 1-3 leaves. To accumulate sugar in the fruits during the fruiting period, watering is reduced.
