A mid-early hybrid variety that begins bearing fruit 75-80 days after germination. Suitable for growing in plastic greenhouses.
The fruits are round, weighing 1.1-1.3 kg, yellow, and covered with a dense, delicate mesh. The flesh is light yellow, juicy, and has a very pleasant, persistent aroma.
The hybrid is resistant to powdery mildew. Planting density: 3 plants/m2.
* When preparing seeds for sowing, warming the seeds is very effective; it increases germination, stimulates the development of female flowers and accelerates fruiting.
The most accessible method is sunny: keep the seeds on a south-facing windowsill for 8-10 days. Pre-sowing treatment with biogenic stimulants increases germination and accelerates germination and plant growth. Aloe leaf extract, diluted 1:10, is used as a biogenic stimulant. Seed treatment with microelements improves plant viability, increases yield, and increases the vitamin and sugar content of the fruit. This treatment is carried out a few days before sowing. To accelerate germination, soak the seeds in warm water until they swell completely. Germinate the swollen seeds in a damp cloth, burlap, or foam rubber at 25°C. Care must be taken to ensure that the damp material does not dry out.
Fresh seeds produce very vigorous plants with predominantly male flowers, with almost no female flowers, so it is better to sow two- to three-year-old seeds.
Sow 2-3 seeds per pot at least 10-12 cm in diameter, filled with a loose mixture of turf, humus, and peat (1:1:1). Add 1 cup of wood ash, 1 tablespoon of superphosphate, and 1 teaspoon of potassium sulfate and urea per bucket of mixture. Plant the seeds 4-6 cm deep in the soil. To prevent blackleg, sprinkle a 1-2 cm layer of sand over the soil. After 5-7 days of germination, remove any excess plants, leaving only one, most developed plant in each pot. Before planting, harden off the seedlings by gradually acclimating them to open air for 2-3 hours a day. Then gradually increase the hardening time.
25-30 day old seedlings with 3-4 leaves are planted in soil warmed up to +13+14°C (when planted in cold soil, seedlings are affected by diseases).
Plants shouldn't be planted below the bed level. A small mound of soil or river sand can be placed around the stem.
