Broccoli - 500 g
Leek - 1 stalk
Anchovies - 3-4 fillets
Capers - 1 tbsp.
Cream cheese, dense (preferably sheep) - 100 g
Dry white wine - 100 ml
Fresh mint - 5 leaves
Salt - to taste.
1. Broccoli can be pre-fried in olive oil in a frying pan or on the grill.
2. Prepare the dressing: chop the leeks, add anchovies and capers, pieces of cheese and mint leaves. Mix and add salt.
3. Season the broccoli with the prepared mixture, add wine and simmer under a closed lid for about 10-15 minutes over low heat.
