A new mixture of varietal zinnia will delight you with almost 100% doubleness of its flowers. The bushes are strong, spreading-squat, 30-40 cm high, striking with their abundant flowering (and each flower "lasts" on the plant for more than a month!). The plants are resistant to heat and withstand the highest temperatures well. This is one of the best varieties for pot cultivation on sunny balconies and terraces.
The flowers are very large, densely double. Each flower lasts on the plant for up to 35 days, which gives the whole plant a very decorative look.
Used for planting in colorful flower beds, in flower beds, borders and for cutting. Cut flowers last a long time in water.
Agrotechnics.
Sowing: March-April for seedlings. 3-4 weeks after germination, the seedlings are pricked. Seedlings are planted in open ground when the threat of frost has passed. The distance between plants is 40 cm. Prefers sunny, sheltered from the wind, warm areas with drained, neutral, humus-rich and mineral-rich soil.
Care: watering is required during prolonged drought. Zinnia is fed every 2-4 weeks with a solution of complex mineral fertilizer
Flowering: from July until frost. Regular removal of faded inflorescences contributes to more lush flowering.
Zinnia goes well with calendula, marigolds, small-flowered chrysanthemums, verbena.
