Pumpkin "Amoro" F1

* Pumpkin honey.
Ingredients: 1 kg of peeled pumpkin, 200 g of sugar, cinnamon, cloves or mint to taste.
1. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and add sugar, mix and let stand overnight.
2. By morning, a lot of juice will be released, cook over low heat, constantly scooping the juice into another bowl. At the end of cooking, add cinnamon, cloves or a few sprigs of mint.
3. Transfer the finished honey, which has the consistency of sour cream, into sterile jars and store in a cool place.
(Pour the pumpkin juice separated during cooking into sterile bottles (seal or close with nipples)).
It goes well with other vegetable, fruit and berry juices, especially apricot and apple.
