Did you know that... you can make such a boiled pumpkin salad.
The pumpkin is cleaned of seeds and peeled and cut into small pieces.
Then boil in salted water with the lid closed for 15-20 minutes.
After cooling, season with sour cream, butter or cracker sauce. Decorate with greenery.
