* Yellowing of needles on garden Christmas trees and pine trees can occur for various reasons. This is often caused by the bright sun, which burns young shoots, but quite often it happens that plants are affected by various diseases.
A disease called Schutte has become widespread. The word is derived from the German “schütten”, which translates as “to sprinkle”. There are many varieties of shutte: ordinary, snowy, brown, gray, etc. But they are united by common characteristics: a change in the colour of the needles, their premature death and subsequent shedding. A diseased plant may die itself and infect neighboring trees.
In addition to shutte, conifers often suffer from rust. Moreover, other plants in the neighborhood can also become infected with it: both fruit and ornamental ones.
Rust begins with the formation of yellow-orange bubbles 1-3 mm long on the needles. Soon, spores mature in these bubbles, which, when dispersed, fly to surrounding plants, infecting them. After this, brown spots remain on the needles, and the needles acquire a variegated colour. Rust itself does not cause the death of conifers, but it weakens them and reduces their resistance to other diseases.
If you find signs of infections in your area, it is necessary to treat coniferous trees with the drug "Rakurs". Thanks to the unique combination of two active substances with different dynamics of penetration and distribution in the plant, the drug successfully copes with different stages of development of snow and common chute, rust, etc. Rakurs contains special polymers that ensure maximum adhesion of a drop of solution to the surface of the leaf and promote accelerated penetration the drug inside. The drug is resistant to rain and is characterized by a prolonged protective effect of up to 4 weeks.
A healthy plant will delight you with its exemplary appearance and, in addition, can easily resist the invasion of harmful insects. After all, it has long been known that the typograph beetle, which in recent years has become the scourge of coniferous forests, affects only weakened, old and diseased trees.
