Wild rocket (Wallrocket, Wild mustard) - Diplotaxis tenuifolia.

Italian Wild Arugula, Sylvetta, yellow, robust and aromatic cultivar with strongly pinnatifid dark-green foliage, perennial, culinary herb.
The leaves are oblong, pinnate, with a mustard-nutty taste, more pronounced than that of indau (cultural arugula). The aroma is also more intense.
Greens are rich in carotene, B vitamins, iodine, ascorbic acid, eating it fresh increases the level of haemoglobin in the blood and helps to eliminate "bad" cholesterol.
Agricultural technology.
Sowing directly into the open ground from mid-April to a depth of 0.5 cm. Seedlings appear on the 5-7th day. The culture supplies fresh greens from May to October. Remove flower stalks regularly if you are not planning on seeding. It develops well on light-neutral soils without excess organic matter during solar exposure.
