Sugar pea "Ambrosia".
A variety of snap peas that is used for fresh consumption.
Mid-early variety (50-65 days). Plant height 60-70 cm. Productivity 1-1.5 kg/m2.
The beans are large, green, and fleshy. The length of the pod is 7-8 cm, which contains 7-9 peas.
Whole beans of milky-wax ripeness are used for food. The valves are fragile and the pods have no fibers.
Suitable for boiling, steaming, canning, freezing.
Resistant to diseases. Light-loving, so it needs to be grown in a sunny place.
Seeding rate: 170-200 kg/ha.
1.0 g = 3-6 seeds.
Peas should be sown in the same place every 4–5 years.
