An excellent plant for cutting and creating decorative compositions.

An annual ornamental plant from the Asteraceae family. The plant is erect, branching and 150-180 cm high. A basket is formed on each shoot.
Blooms from July to September.
Sunflower is drought-resistant, thermophilic, and prefers sunny areas with fertile loose soil.
Used for planting in flowerbeds, in groups.
Sowing: April-May in open ground (in a permanent place) with nests of 1-2 seeds according to the scheme 70 x 70 cm. Seeding depth is not more than 1.0-2.0 cm. Shoots appear on the 10-14th day. Seedlings tolerate frosts down to -6°C.
Crops are thinned out, leaving a distance between plants of 30-40 cm. Transplantation is poorly tolerated.
Care: Prefers open, well-lit areas and loose, well-drained, non-acidic soils. In addition, potted sunflowers should be watered and fertilized regularly.
Flowering: from late June until frost.
