An early ripe undersized variety of sweet corn. The period from germination to ripening is 70-90 days.
The plant is 70-90 cm high, forming an cobs 8-12 cm long.
The grain is golden yellow, with a thin skin, sweet. It has good taste both in boiled and canned form.
During the growth and development of corn, abundant watering is required to obtain a bountiful harvest and good grain quality.
The yield of cobs is 0.5-0.9 kg / m2.
Variety value: unpretentious cultivation, uniformity of cobs.

After harvesting, separate very small cobs (the size of an index finger).
Ingredients:
• 500 g cobs;
• 0.5 l water;
• 1 tbsp salt;
• 2 tbsp sugar;
• 2 tbsp 9% vinegar;
• 2-3 blackcurrant leaves;
• 4-5 cherry leaves;
• a sprig of tarragon;
• black pepper - on the tip of a knife.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the cobs from leaves, cut off the column to the first grains and wash thoroughly.
2. Place the cobs and greens in a 1-liter jar.
3. Pour boiling water over the contents, cover with a lid and leave for 3-4 minutes.
4. Drain the water and pour boiling water over the cobs and greens again and keep under the lid for 3-4 minutes. During this time, prepare the marinade.
5. Drain the water and pour boiling marinade over the contents, roll up, turn over the lid and cool slowly under a blanket.
Store at room temperature.
Tip: it can also be preserved in a marinade, like cucumbers, and used as a side dish.
