Sweet pepper "Lombardo".
Very early, fertile variety. Plants are bush, of medium height, thin, elongated fruit: 2,5 cm in diameter, 11 cm long, wall thickness 2 mm, weighing 40-45 g. Red after ripening.
Grown outdoors and in greenhouses. Bell peppers are susceptible to drought, the plants should be watered 2-3 times a week in the first half of the day.
This variety is especially suitable for preservation, in which case the fruit can be whole, uncut.

* Peppers in tomato juice.
Ingredients: 1 kg of sweet peppers, 2 liters of tomato juice, 1 cup of 9% vinegar, 1 cup of vegetable oil, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tbsp of salt.
1. Cut the peppers into circles and place in jars without compacting.
2. Mix salt, sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil in raw tomato juice.
3. Pour this brine over the peppers.
4. Sterilize liter jars for 30 minutes.
5. Roll up.
Store in a cool place.
