The most decorative species among the representatives of the genus. Unpretentious and winter-hardy. Very handsome.
Homeland - China. Height 100 cm (up to 1.5 m).
The flowers are lilac-pink, collected in a large, paniculate inflorescence. The leaves are double or triple pinnate.
Blooms in July - August for 60-70 days.
The fruit is a leaflet, the seeds are oblong, large, ripen in August. In the middle zone it winters under light cover. Winter-hardy without shelter provided it is planted in well-aerated soils.
Location: is best grown in the shade. In the sun, the color of the inflorescences by the end of June, especially in dry weather, fades and yellow tones appear. With a lack of moisture, the smell of flowers disappears.
