Tomato "Bujan Zholty".
A variety of Siberian selections, with high endurance to adverse weather conditions, are intended for cultivation in open ground.
Mid-season: ripens on the 110-115th day from emergence. Forms strong, standard plants about 50 cm high with a determinant type of growth. Tomatoes in compact brushes of 5-7 pieces. The fruits are cylindrical, even, smooth and dense (with a small number of seeds).
The average weight of fruits is 60-120 g (up to 150 g), which have an indescribably pleasant sweet taste with a "slight sourness".
Tomatoes of this variety are well-ripened and perfectly stored, they are recommended not only for fresh consumption but also for pickling - because they do not burst and look beautiful in colour mixtures. The content of dry matter in the juice is 4.0-4.6%, and total sugar is 2.1-3.3%.
Productivity of marketable fruits: 2-5 kg/sq.m.
Originator: Siberian Research Institute of Plant Growing and Breeding of the Russian Agricultural Academy.
