Hrenoder, Хренодёр, Хреновина, Горлодёр

Recipe for "hrenoder" from tomatoes, garlic and horseradish.
We are preparing a purely Russian sauce or appetizer, universal and in demand at all times of the year.
For the first time they began to make it in Siberia and the Urals. The original recipe consists of only four ingredients, but it will turn out even better if you add bell peppers and sugar to it.
It is very useful for health, immunity and also very tasty. Ideal with all types of meat and fish.
Ingredients:
Fleshy tomatoes - 1.2 kg.
Horseradish root, garlic - 100 g each.
Red sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Salt, sugar, vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon .
We prepare all the necessary products. Wash tomatoes, pat dry, cut into quarters.
We clean the root, cut into circles.
Remove seeds from sweet peppers.
Let's move on to the most difficult thing - peeling garlic. Someone just cuts off the stalk and peels off the skin, someone shakes it hard in the jar. It is much easier to pour garlic with warm water for 20-30 minutes to make it easy to peel.
First of all, we scroll horseradish with garlic through a meat grinder. In order not to shed tears, we put bags on the holes and fasten with an elastic band.

We twist the tomatoes with pepper, add salt, sugar and vinegar. Pour horseradish with garlic and mix quickly. Leave for 20 minutes to combine the ingredients.
Then try horseradish for salinity (suddenly it seems a little to you).
Pour into sterilized bottles or jars, store in the refrigerator.
Also, this sauce can be prepared for the winter, after boiling it for 15 minutes over low heat. But it is more useful, of course, fresh, as all vitamins are preserved.
