A very early, indeterminate (tall) and disease-resistant hybrid. Suitable for greenhouses, open ground, and large balcony containers.
Characteristics:
It forms long, beautiful trusses, carrying 10-12 fruits each. Ripening is simultaneous, allowing for harvesting in whole clusters (truss tomato).
The fruits are small, elongated (pepper-shaped or plum-shaped), weighing about 40 g. The skin is firm and resistant to cracking.
Culinary use:
The flesh is very dense, meaty, and sweet. Due to the low water content, this variety is the best choice for drying and curing (sun-dried tomatoes), as well as for whole-fruit canning (does not burst in jars). And, of course, it makes a great crunchy fresh snack.
