The fruits are perfectly round, weighing from 150 to 350 g, with a rich red color and a fleshy, dense texture. But the main thing is their taste: rich, sweet, with a bright fruity note that distinguishes the best old varieties.

Condiment "Cobra".
An excellent vitamin condiment for meat dishes and spicy salads.
Ingredients: 2 kg horseradish roots, 2 kg peeled garlic, 4-5 kg ripe tomatoes,
1-2 fresh red chili peppers, salt - to taste.
1. Remove seeds from the chili peppers. Blanch tomatoes one by one in boiling water, remove the skin, and pass through a meat grinder or chop in a food processor. Grind the horseradish, pepper, and garlic as well.
2. Mix everything, add salt. Place into sterilized jars.
Store in a cool place.
