Mid-early indeterminate hybrid variety of tomato with an elongated pepper-shaped fruit.
The plant is powerful, extremely productive, with short internodes, up to 180 cm high. 5-7 fruits are formed on one cluster.
Long fruiting period with large yields of fleshy fruits (120 to 150 grams) with few seeds. Well kept after collection.

The tomatoes are washed, placed in a colander and carefully lowered into a pan of boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then the colander with the tomatoes is quickly removed and immersed in cold water for 1-2 minutes.
As a result of this treatment, the skin bursts and is easy to remove. Peeled fruits are placed in jars and filled with a salt solution (20 g per 1 liter of water) or juice obtained from the same tomatoes. To obtain juice, select bruised, overripe fruits, rub them through a sieve, add salt: 1 teaspoon. spoon for 1 liter of juice.
Canned fruits can also be prepared with the skin on. To do this, the fruits are pricked with a fork, placed tightly in jars and filled with juice or salt solution.
Then the jars are closed with lids and sterilized: liter jars - 10 minutes, three-liter jars - 15 minutes.
