Tomato "Purple Russian".
A productive variety with beautiful and tasty fruits of unusual colour. In protected soil, it allows you to obtain consistently high yields (7-9 kg/m2) in the medium term, 110-115 days after germination. The plants are indeterminate, 1.8-2.2 m high in the greenhouse. Tomatoes are plum-shaped (some with a “spout”), dense, fleshy, medium-sized, weighing from 90 to 110 g. They are well stored and transported.
Used for fresh consumption and homemade preparations for the winter.
In the phase of 1-2 true leaves, the seedlings dive. All stepsons are regularly removed (when they reach a length of no more than 3-5 cm) to the first brush. Plants are formed into 1-2 stems and tied. The growth point is pinched above the 8-9 inflorescence. It is necessary to remove the lower leaves when the fruits in the second cluster ripen.

Did you know that... unlike other vegetables, tomatoes for future use can be dried not in artificial dryers, but in the sun. To do this, take fleshy, dense fruits of medium size.
They are cut into 4-6 parts, leaving them connected at the top of the fruit. The tomatoes are placed cut side up on boards and exposed to the sun.
You can also dry vegetables such as carrots (after grating them first), as well as most green and spicy-flavoured crops.
