Zinnia dahlia flowered "Orange King" - Zinnia elegans dahliaflowered.
A magnificent annual plant.
The plant is powerful, branched from the base, up to 90 cm high. Dense hemispherical inflorescences, 10-12 cm in diameter, orange in color. Blooms from July to September.
Used for decorating flower beds, ridges and cuttings.
Agrotechnics.
The plant prefers a sunny place, fertile, loose soil. Loves abundant watering. Propagated by sowing seeds at the end of April in seedling boxes. Planting depth is 0.5 cm. At a soil temperature of +22+25°C, seedlings appear on the 7-10th day. Seedlings dive into pots. Seedlings are planted in open ground after the end of spring frosts, maintaining a distance of 30-35 cm between plants.
Decorative period: from mid-summer to late autumn.
Watering: regular from late spring to late autumn.
Feeding: once in spring and summer with liquid fertilizer.
Reproduction: by seeds in spring at a temperature of +15+21°C.
Soil: a mixture of deciduous soil, turf soil, humus, peat, sand (2:1:1:1:1).
