Medium-early variety, grow in a compact cylindrical bush. Used fresh, can be fried, steamed, canned. Grow best in fertile, manured with organic fertilizers, sunny soil.
Courgette is a heat loving vegetable, therefore it is sown, when the soil in the depth of 10 cm warrm up to +10+12°C. Greenhouse or hotbed seedlings can be harvested quicker.
Seedlings are planted outdoors after frost.

For 3 kg of zucchini you will need a glass of vegetable oil, a glass of tomato juice, half a glass of sugar, 1 tbsp. salt, half a teaspoon of ground black pepper, half a glass of 9% vinegar, a third of a glass of garlic.
1. Cut young zucchini into small cubes and put in an enamel bowl.
2. Pour in tomato juice and vegetable oil, add salt and sugar, add pepper and simmer, bring to a boil over high heat, stirring, reduce heat and simmer until done for about 30 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, pour in vinegar and garlic, passed through a garlic press. Mix well and place hot in sterile jars. Roll up immediately and, without turning over, cool under a blanket.
Note: zucchini prepared in this way acquire a mushroom taste.
