1. Scope and duration of the terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the legal relationship between all persons and the owner of the seemnemaailm.com trading environment (hereinafter - SEEMNEMAAILM e-shop) of Ageeta oü when purchasing goods through the SEEMNEMAILM e-shop.
1.2 In addition to these conditions, the legal relationship arising from the purchase of goods through the SEEMNEMAAILM online store is governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3 Ageeta oü has the right to make changes and additions to these terms and conditions and the price list in connection with the development of the SEEMNEMAAILM electronic store and in the interests of a more efficient and safe use of the electronic store. Changes and additions to the Terms and Conditions and the Price List will be announced on the website www.seemnemaailm.com. Changes and additions to the Terms and Conditions and the Price List come into force from the moment the corresponding change or addition is published on the website www.seemnemaailm.com. If you submitted your order before the changes to the terms became effective, the legal relationship between you and Ageeta oü will be governed by the terms in effect at the time the order was sent, unless otherwise provided by law or these terms and conditions.

2. Prices
2.1. SEEMNEMAAILM Online Store prices are valid for timely payment of the invoice in accordance with the provisions of clause 3.
2.2. All prices include 20% VAT.

3. Payment for goods
3.1. To pay, select the payment method you like on the order page.
3.2. You can pay for products:
1) By bank link. (Customer data is transferred for payment to the intermediary "Maksekeskus AS")
2) International payment system PayPal, after order confirmation
3) Through the bank on the basis of the invoice
4) Cash upon receipt of the goods in our store
3.3. We accept payments in foreign currencies - EUR, SBP, USD.
3.4. Your order will be canceled if you do not pay the purchase amount within the specified period (up to 7 days).
3.5. The order is placed and delivered with 100% prepayment.

4. Cancellation of order and return of goods.
4.1. You have the right to cancel your order after payment for the goods, but before the delivery of the goods, by sending a notification with the order number to the electronic store of the Seemn Maailma online store along with the order number or by calling Ageeta oü at +37256985790.
4.2. All items purchased from the online store appear to have a 14-day return period. According to § 56 (1) LPA, the buyer has the right to return or exchange the product for another product without giving any reason within 14 days from the delivery of the product. To do this, the Buyer must submit a relevant application to the Seller (indicate in the application the Buyer's name, date of purchase, current account number and order number) by e-mail: seemned@seemnemaailm.com, and then return the ordered goods to the SEEMNEMAAILM electronic store. According to § 56 (25) LPA, the consumer declines.
4.3. If the order is canceled in the case provided for in clause 6.1, or withdrawn from the order in the case provided for in clause 6.2, the money for the goods, including delivery costs incurred by the consumer, must be returned to the same bank account on which the goods were paid, in within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Seller. If the consumer has specifically chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest regular delivery method offered by Ageeta oü, Ageeta oü is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost exceeding the cost of the usual delivery method.
4.4. Returned items cannot be used or damaged, they must be in their original packaging. In order to exercise the right of recall and to avoid being paid compensation in the event of a return, the product packaging must be carefully opened without damaging it. It can be used to test goods in a manner necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. The returned item must be complete. If the product was purchased as part of a campaign in which another product was added to the product, you must return the entire set (that is, all products).
4.5. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods transferred as the subject of the contract, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
4.6. If the returned product (and product packaging) has deteriorated and the deterioration is caused by circumstances not caused by Ageeta oü, as well as as a result of misuse of the product, Ageeta oü has the right to compensate for the decrease in the value of the product with the amount paid for you. For credit, Ageeta oü will send you an offset application to the email address you provided when placing your order. If you disagree with the deductions in the credit notice, you have the right to engage an independent expert to determine the deductions in the product. The costs associated with the examination are divided in half between you and Ageeta oü, unless the position of one of the parties is manifestly unfounded. In this case, the costs of the examination shall be borne by the party whose position was manifestly unfounded.

5. Right to lodge a complaint and return non-conforming goods
5.1. Ageeta oü is responsible for non-conformity and defects of goods in accordance with the Law of Obligations Law, the period for filing claims is 2 years for individuals and 6 months for legal entities from the date of delivery of the goods. In the case of a sale to a consumer, a discrepancy arising within six months from the date the item was delivered to the buyer is deemed to exist at the time of delivery, unless such an assumption is incompatible with the nature of the item or defect.
5.2. The buyer must notify the seller about the non-conformity of the thing within a reasonable time after he learned or should have learned about the non-conformity of the thing. In the event of a sale to a consumer, the consumer must notify the seller of the non-conformity within two months after becoming aware of the non-conformity.
5.3. Ageeta oü is not responsible for:
1) Your fault is in the damage / damage to the goods.
2) For defects arising from the use of the product for its intended purpose.
3) For normal physical wear and tear of the product under normal use.
5.4. In the event of a non-conformity or defect in a product, you have the right to demand replacement of the product with a corresponding and defective product or to refuse the order and return the incompatible product at the expense of Ageeta oü.
5.5. In the event of a complaint, the costs associated with the repair or replacement of the item, in particular transport, postage, labor, travel and material costs, are always borne by Ageeta oü within the first month from the date of handing over the item to the buyer. For the next 1.5 years, Ageeta oü will only incur the related costs if the claim was justified.
5.6. In the event of a return of an incompatible product, the amount paid for the product (including shipping costs) will be credited to your designated bank account no later than 14 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal and the request to return the product.
5.7. In addition to the right to file a claim, you also have other legal rights to pursue remedies.

6. Responsibility and force majeure
6.1. Ageeta oü is liable to you, and you to Ageeta oü for damage caused to the other party as a result of violation of these conditions, in cases and within the limits provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
6.2. Ageeta oü is not liable for damage caused to you or for delayed delivery of the product if the delay in delivery of the product is caused by a circumstance that Ageeta oü cannot influence and the arrival of which Ageeta oü did not foresee or could not foresee (force majeure).

7. Other conditions
7.1. All personal data of the client, which became known while visiting the SeemneMaailm online store and making purchases, will be treated as confidential information. An encrypted data transmission channel with banks ensures the safety of personal data and bank details of the buyer. Ageeta oü does not have access to them.
7.2. In matters not resolved separately by these terms and conditions, one should be guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
7.3. Disputes between you and Ageeta oü in connection with the order and purchase of goods from the SeemneMaailm online store will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement has been reached, you have the right to go to the Consumer Protection Board or the court to defend your rights. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

8. In addition
8.1 Ageeta oü reserves the right to change prices for goods. In this case, Ageeta oü reserves the right to cancel the sale and return the money to the buyer's current account within 10 working days.
8.2 Ageeta oü reserves the right to refuse to sell if the following problems occur with the product: human error when entering prices or technical error in the system. Therefore, we assume that the buyer understands that this is a defect and that the item should not be sold at that price.
8.3 Product information is regularly reviewed and improved. The data may have been updated since your last visit.
8.4 The warranty is valid together with the invoice.
8.5 The warranty does not apply if the disturbance in plant growth is caused by improper agricultural practices or environmental influences. Ageeta oü is not responsible for the risks associated with weather conditions during cultivation and agronomic methods used by the client. Environmental conditions can at any time affect seed germination or plant growth in unpredictable directions.
