High-yielding, early-ripening (from germination to the first harvest: 35-40 days), winter-hardy variety (up to -40°C).
Highly resistant to diseases. The plant reaches 50 cm in height. It forms tender greens that do not coarsen for a long time, with a pleasant semi-sharp taste.
Sowing in open ground in late April – early May, can also be sown in summer (July-August). Sown in ordinary ways with a distance between rows of 20-30 cm, and between plants in a row 10 cm. Seeding depth – 1-2 cm. Young leaves are cut at a height of 5-7 cm from the ground 3-4 times during the growing season.
Cultivated both as an annual and perennial crop.
