“Just burned it - and there’s no soot!”
An excellent alternative to mechanical cleaning: the uniqueness of the Chimney Sweeper for cleaning fireboxes and chimneys lies in the fact that during its development all the positive and effective properties of similar products of international technological thought were taken into account: the shortcomings of all previous products were taken into account and eliminated. Thus, a kind of “concentrate” of the best qualities of the product is obtained. By supplementing this composition with a complex mixture, it was possible to achieve a softer and highly effective process of purification from combustion products, both solid and tarry, and gaseous.
The high efficiency of this product has been confirmed by numerous laboratory and household tests: the process is non-toxic and non-corrosive.
How it works?
The action of the Kominicek product is due to the catalytic reaction that occurs during the combustion of the components included in this special mixture: part of the resulting active oxygen and metal ions interact with soot and other deposits, loosen them and break them down, as a result of which the soot is easily removed by draft through the pipe, and the other part of the active oxygen oxidizes carbon monoxide and converts it into safe carbon dioxide.
These processes can significantly reduce soot burnout temperatures, preventing dangerous soot explosions in chimneys.
During operation, particles of unburned or incompletely burned fuel containing resins and various oxides enter the chimney along with flue gases. As they settle on the inner walls of the chimney, they form a layer of soot and creosote deposits, which leads to:
- to narrow the internal chimney channel
- reduction of natural cravings
- contributes to the destruction of the chimney channel
- causes a fire hazard
Important: the combustion temperature of soot can reach +1200°C, which is almost twice the permissible temperature,
which leads to destruction of the chimney channel and the risk of fire. Soot ignition can occur from a spark entering the chimney system from the firebox. The burning of soot lasts only a few minutes, but it is very intense, to the point that a bright torch bursts out of the mouth of the chimney: the combustion is accompanied by “fireworks” with scattering burning sparks, which cause fires in nearby buildings.
Application: Burn 1-2 sachets in a well-heated oven with the firebox door closed. The granules will melt under the influence of high temperature, releasing a chemical that will dissolve the soot formed on the walls of chimneys and furnace fireboxes.
After removing the ash, heat it 2 more times.
To prevent soot accumulation, it is advisable to use every
NUMBER OF BAGS REQUIRED FOR ONE FIREBOX:
