Climbing green pea "Alderman".
One of the best "brain" varieties in the world selection!
Medium late variety: 68-75 days from germination. Wrinkled variety with intense green, straight pod 10-11 cm long, containing 7-9 peas.
Climbing plant 140-150 cm tall.
Agrotechnics.
The best soils for vegetable peas are non-acidic, moisture-absorbing and breathable.
In the crop rotation, it is better to place peas after well-fertilized crops: cucumber, tomato, pumpkin and early potato.
You need to sow peas at the end of April, when there is still a lot of moisture in the soil.
Seeds are sown to a depth of 2-3 cm in rows, the distance between which should be 20-30 cm.
Seeding rate: up to 100 pcs per 1 m2. The sown seeds must be well pressed against the soil so that they are in close contact with it.
After the emergence of shoots, care consists in loosening row spacings, watering and feeding. Harvested as it ripens.
1,0 g = 3-6 seeds.
