Dill "Hanak" (Plain) - Anethum graveolens.
A high-yielding and disease-resistant variety!
Mid-early: the period from full emergence to harvesting for greens is 35-53 days, for spices 56-99 days.
The rosette is large, semi-spreading, and heavily leafy. The plant has medium growth, the leaves are slightly dissected, bright green, tender, juicy, and highly aromatic.
In addition to aromatic substances, it contains phytoncides, so when pickling vegetables, it not only gives them a specific aroma but also protects them from mold.
Value of the variety: high yield, a large number of juicy, aromatic leaves, resistance to diseases. Recommended for use as fresh greens and technical processing.
Agrotechnics: dill is a cold-resistant, light-loving plant that prefers fertile, moistened areas. Dill seeds are sown on prepared soil without embedding, but with mandatory mulching with peat by 2-3 cm. Further care consists of loosening the row spacings, watering, and top dressing. To obtain earlier greens, dill is sown before winter, in the second ten days of October.
1 gram = 590-650 seeds.
